All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as specified at checkout.

Payments can be made via our secure payment gateway using credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets, or net banking.

In case of payment failure or dispute, orders may be delayed or canceled.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship across India via trusted courier partners.

Standard delivery timelines are 3–7 working days, depending on your location.

Delays caused by courier issues or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

Once an order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

5. Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, i.e., attars, ouds, and perfumes, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.
