Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 24 hours and dispatched within 1-2 days.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via Call or WhatsApp.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer a “Free Delivery” on order of Rs. 599 and above.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping cost is non-refundable:

Shipping cost is non-refundable for returned, undelivered, unclaimed and packages that are refused. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded. The only exception to this is if we have made a shipping error.
